Assessment answers are used only to generate educational guidance in your browser. They are stored in your browser session and are not submitted through the current frontend.
Legal-assistance requests
A legal-assistance request is optional. The form explains the information requested and asks for consent before a request can be submitted. Do not provide medical records, identity copies or other sensitive documents through the assessment.
Your choices
You can leave the assessment at any time. Clearing your browser session or restarting the assessment removes the locally stored assessment answers.
