What a request is
The request form is a way to indicate that you would like contact about possible legal assistance. It is separate from the educational assessment and is never required to read RAF Guide's information.
A practitioner must independently decide whether they can assist after reviewing appropriate information. RAF Guide does not decide whether a matter is valid, appoint a practitioner, or promise a response or outcome.
Information the form asks for
The form asks for basic contact details, province or area, preferred language, broad matter category and contact preference. It deliberately avoids asking for injury descriptions, medical records, identity copies, salary slips or hospital reports.
Current submission status
This frontend does not yet include a secure submission backend. Completing the preview flow does not send personal information to RAF Guide, a lawyer or any third party. The screen explains this clearly before it can be mistaken for a confirmed submission.
